An artist should agree to upload relevant content and upload their own artwork. The artist is the sole author of art work / pictures displayed and owns all rights to it, but grants permission to visionOart.com to use the artwork in promoting their own website.

"An Artist" is anybody who paints, draws, displays, makes an artwork in any form by hobby or profession, not necessarily to pursue an artist profession. VisionOart.com has no responsibility to check genuineness and belongingness of any artwork. VisionOart.com display “report abuse” link to allow visitor to report us of any abuse information or illegal information.

Posting of any illlegal / irrelevant information by any member can be terminated from using the website.

Privacy Policy

VisionOart.com keeps artist data private on secure database and allows artist to display information which resides on visionoart.com web server. Artist can edit / remove own artwork using visionOart.com functionality.

VisionOart.com is allowing users / visitors to contact artist directly using contact form / enquiry form and is doing an effort monitoring information exchanges between artist and users to prevent spamming or hacking and unwanted users / visitors.

An Effort to prevent frauds / hackers / unwanted users

To prevent spamming and hacking, visionOart.com is doing following efforts:

1. Display of "captchas" to prevant "automatic" program spamming / hacking.

2. Meeting artists to take their interview personally to provide website visitors with "authentic information" of an artist. Since VisionOart.com team can not reach to every artist personally in the world, hence visionOart.com can not take 100% responsibility of authenticity of any artist and artwork.

3. Confirmation on Email:
VisionOart.com sends an email to user to confirm their email address before login to the website.

VisionOart.com provides URL(Subdomain) which is available, you cannot change the URL(Subdomain) once you have confirmed your choice while registring with us. Members may choose to have a visionOart subdomain (i.e. http://visionOart.com/Member Name)

Artist Member Fees

VisionOart.com allows 1 (one) artwork display for FREE with unique FREE URL/Domain on visionOart.com for 1 year.

Artists should agree to allow visionOart.com to display "advertisment" on their web pages. All FREE members would see advertisments on their web pages. Paid memebers can request to remove advertisments.

FEES is applicable as described in the website pages. The annual fee is payable in advance and each renewing year must be paid before the end of the annual period. All fees once paid are non-refundable.

visionOart.com may at any time modify the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Website Maintenance

visionOart.com is normally available all the time a day. Sometime occasionally upgrades and routine server maintenance for brief periods the service may be unavailable. VisionOart.com cannot accept responsibility for any member’s loss arising due to the service being unavailable for any other reason causing disruption.

Content

Artist website content is uploaded by artist themselves. All information in any form (like data, text, sound, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not visionOart.com, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit. For Artist Interivew section, visionOart.com team is collecting data by visiting artists personally. News and Exhibitions are information collected from different sources with mention of source name.

Membership

VisionOart helps artists, art professionals to sell their artwork online by making artist portfolio and ecommerce websites. visionOart.com main objective is to provide the best possible exposure for artist' s work, but we do not give any warranties or representations with respect to sale / rankiong in search engine of any art work.

Advertisments

VisionOart.com would display advertisement on artist web pages. Artists should agree to allow visionOart.com to display advertisment on their web pages. All FREE members would see advertisments on their web pages. Paid memebers (who pay for more artwork postings) can send request to visionOart.com for removal of advertisments if they do not want to see on their web pages.
VisionOart.com do not gurantee for advertisment content and its authenticity. Advertisments are displayed either by third party or other associates. VisionOart may earn money through PPC or by other way of showing advertisments to pay server and staff expenses. Competitors websites may be shown in the advertisements, so there is no gurantee of content of advertisments. Paid members need to send REQUEST to remove advertisments. Advertisment is mandatory for FREE members.
